Upgrade Request Instructions

If you wish to see any of the content that shows as locked, you will need to request an upgrade of your account.

  • If you have not registered with the portal you will first need to create a login here: Lancaster IM - Register
  • If you are already registered with the portal, simply click the locked icon and fill out the form that is displayed on screen

Once you have submitted an upgrade request it will be processed by our team who may contact you using the details you supplied during the signup process.

If you are approved access you will receive a confirmation email

Upon receipt of the email, please follow the steps below to ensure the updates are reflected in your account:

  1. Please log out of your account using the “Logout” Button in the top right hand corner of the screen
  2. Navigate to https://www.lancasterim.co.uk/log-in or click the “Log in” button in the top right of the screen
  3. Enter your credentials and navigate to the desired content

If you are still having issues after logging back in, please follow these steps:

  1. Please log out of your account using the “Logout” Button in the top right hand corner of the screen
  2. Close your browser completely
  3. Re-Open your browser and navigate to https://www.lancasterim.co.uk/log-in or click the “Log in” button in the top right of the screen
  4. Enter your credentials and navigate to the desired content
